This bungalow complex, inaugurated in summer 2002, is composed of eighty-two units of different kinds and sizes: studio apartments, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. The main building has three floors, faces south and opens onto Costa Calma’s Sotavento beach. It offers its guests an entrance hall with lifts, lobby and a mini supermarket. The non-smoking restaurant offers breakfast and dinner with air-conditioning. There is also a small gym and a SPA centre, with turkish bath, sauna, sanarium, massage and beauty treatments.
Esmeralda Maris also provides the following services: room service (five times a week) and towel change (three times a week). Linen are changed twice a week. The front office  desk is manned at all times. Wifi and laundry are at the guests disposal (extra charge).

BUNGALOWS
The spacious and comfortable bungalows (aprox. 65qm) have sitting room, kitchen, dining room, and a bathroom with an oval or round bathtub, as well as hairdryer. They have Rattan furniture, direct dialling telephone, safe, radio, satellite or cable TV, extra-large beds (2 x 2 metres), adjustable fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster and electric coffee maker. All the bungalows offer a furnished terrace or balcony.
